Leonard Paul’s Pizza
Globe, Arizona’s Leonard Paul’s Pizza is a local institution. Paul Burkland, the owner, established his pizza business in downtown Globe. There is no ventilation, no cooling and only a tiny amount of space for his pizza oven at the pizza restaurant. It is housed in a small brick retail building on Broad Street.

La Luz del Dia Restaurant
In 1959, La Luz del Dia, a cafeteria-style restaurant on downtown Los Angeles’ famous Olvera Street, served Michoacan Mexican cuisine. The restaurant opened its doors at Globe the following year, but its history dates back far more. There was a La Luz del Dia grocery shop on Main Street before this restaurant, just a few streets down from where the 101 motorway is located.

Irene’s Real Mexican Food
Since 1978, Irene’s Real Mexican Food has served traditional Mexican cuisine to the Globe/Miami community. With their Famous Buffalo Wings, Fish, Burgers and Steaks, they pioneered the American culinary menu in the 1990s. From 11 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays, until 9 p.m.
