John Wong, the owner of Bloom, took a risk when bringing Asian fusion cuisine to this small Arizona town but since opening in 2018, he realized his stake was worth it.

Bloom has introduced sushi and other Asian dishes to Globe residents and visitors who had never tried them.

Bloom prides itself on its unique, eclectic menu that continues to explore and develop new recipes. Its variety of dishes, excellent service, and lively atmosphere have brought excitement to the downtown Globe area.

In 2020, Bloom’s success inspired John W. to open another restaurant next door: Bravo, which serves wood-fired pizza and other Mediterranean dishes Wong had discovered in his travels.

Bravo and Bloom are just the beginning for John W., who is excited to keep bringing worldwide culinary dishes to the small city of Globe.
