Bullion Plaza Cultural Center & Museum
Housed in Miami, AZ, in the Bullion Plaza School, nearly 15 minutes from Globe, AZ, the Bullion Plaza Cultural Center & Museum is a historic building designed by Henry C. Trost, Architects & Engineers from El Paso, Texas. This building was originally opened as a grammar school in 1923.
This two-story building is home to more than 20 classrooms and a small auditorium/theater.
The Bullion Plaza School is the perfect example of neoclassical architecture that reflects the commitment and pride to public education; this is one of the main reasons it is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
The Bullion Plaza Cultural Center & Museum is committed to preserving and exhibiting the history of the Flobe-Miami area.
This cultural center hosts multiple educational programs and features collections, publications, and galleries. Permanent exhibits include the Mexican Cultural Exhibit, Mineral & Gems, Mining Heritage Collection, and Slavic Cultural Exhibit.
